Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getravira.com and related online services (the "Services") and purchases from Merevia Labs LLC, doing business as Ravira ("Ravira," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the other policies linked below.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to use the Services, place an order, or start a subscription. If you use the Services for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Dietary supplement and medical disclaimer

Ravira products are dietary supplements. Content on the Services is for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not create a doctor-patient or other healthcare relationship.

Ravira products and statements about them have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Ravira products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.

Read the product label, ingredient list, directions, and warnings before use. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use if you:

  • take prescription medication or other supplements;
  • have a thyroid, liver, or other medical condition;
  • are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or nursing;
  • have a planned surgery or medical procedure; or
  • have questions about whether the product is appropriate for you.

Stop use and seek appropriate medical advice if you experience an adverse reaction. Do not delay or disregard professional medical advice because of content on the Services.

Product information and research

We work to keep product names, labels, ingredient amounts, directions, warnings, pricing, photographs, and descriptions accurate. Product packaging or presentation can change. Always review the physical product label before use.

Published research referenced on the Services may evaluate KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract. That research did not evaluate the finished Ravira Ashwagandha Plus formulation. A study of an ingredient does not guarantee a result from the finished product or for any individual.

Product photographs are illustrative. Screen settings can affect color and appearance.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or legal requirements.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, and shipping information.

Pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and can change. The product page, cart, and checkout show the current price and applicable shipping charges before you submit an order. Taxes are added where required.

You authorize Shopify and the payment provider selected at checkout to charge the payment method you provide for one-time orders, subscriptions, taxes, shipping, and other charges shown and accepted at checkout.

If a price or offer is displayed in error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Ravira offers an optional Subscribe & Save plan. The current Ravira Ashwagandha Plus plan is $34.99 per shipment, renews every 30 days, and includes standard subscription shipping at no additional charge. Taxes can apply. There is no minimum commitment.

When you select Subscribe & Save and complete checkout:

  • you purchase an automatically renewing subscription;
  • you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the price and frequency shown at checkout;
  • each successful renewal creates a new order for fulfillment; and
  • the subscription continues until you cancel it.

You can skip, pause, or cancel through your Shopify customer account. You can also email support@merevialabs.com for help. To avoid a renewal charge, complete the cancellation before the next scheduled charge. Cancellation stops future renewals. It might not stop or refund an order that was already charged or sent for fulfillment.

If a payment fails, Shopify or the subscription service can retry the charge or ask you to update the payment method. We may pause or cancel a subscription after failed payment attempts.

We will provide notices about price changes, material subscription changes, and automatic renewal when required by applicable law. A price change will not take effect without any notice or consent required by law.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms and current estimates are in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Processing and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, customs, high order volume, and events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.

Tracking is provided when available. You are responsible for monitoring tracking and providing a secure delivery location.

Incorrect addresses and unclaimed packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Contact support@merevialabs.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change or cancellation after an order enters fulfillment.

If a package is returned, delayed, lost, destroyed, or left unclaimed because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the recipient was unavailable, required contact information was missing, duties were unpaid, or the package was not claimed, you may be responsible for reshipping costs. A replacement or refund might not be available, subject to applicable law.

Refunds and the 30-day guarantee

Ravira advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. Eligibility, request steps, exclusions, shipping treatment, and damaged or lost order rules are stated in our Refund Policy. The guarantee does not limit any mandatory consumer right.

Promotions

Promotions can have separate eligibility, duration, product, customer, or use limits. Unless we say otherwise, promotions cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied after an order is submitted. We may end or change a promotion where permitted by law.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content, including the Ravira name, logos, product presentation, photographs, graphics, designs, copy, and software, are owned by Merevia Labs LLC or used under license. They are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or exploit protected content without written permission, except where law permits.

KSM-66® and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Reviews, feedback, and user content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, it must reflect your genuine experience and must not be unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, infringing, or submitted in exchange for an undisclosed incentive.

You keep ownership of your content. By asking us to publish it, you give Ravira permission to display and format it on the Ravira website and in owned customer communications for that purpose. We will seek additional permission before using an identifiable customer photograph or testimonial in paid advertising unless you agreed to that use separately.

Prohibited uses

You may not:

  • use the Services for an unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • interfere with security, accounts, checkout, payment, or store operation;
  • introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • scrape or copy the Services at scale without written permission;
  • submit false order, payment, review, or account information;
  • infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights;
  • impersonate another person or entity; or
  • use Ravira products or content for unlawful resale or misleading claims.

We may restrict access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action when we believe these Terms have been violated.

Third-party services and links

The Services depend on Shopify and other third-party services for hosting, checkout, payment, subscription management, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and communications. Third-party services can have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but this section does not limit rights that cannot be waived under law.

Relationship with Shopify

Ravira is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases made through the store are directly between you and Ravira. Shopify is not the seller of Ravira products and is not responsible for the products or the transaction between you and Ravira.

Disclaimer of warranties

Subject to the express 30-day guarantee, applicable product promises, and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravira disclaims implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed. This section does not exclude mandatory consumer warranties or contradict an express written promise.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms. Changes apply when posted unless law requires a later effective date or direct notice. Material subscription changes are handled as described in the subscription section and applicable law.

Miscellaneous

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

These Terms and the policies linked from them form the agreement between you and Ravira about the Services and purchases, except for additional terms that you expressly accept.
